2026 CCRPI Live Data Verification Reminder
The CCRPI Live Data Verification tool, which provides summary data from Student Record and Student Class that are utilized in CCRPI calculations, should be reviewed carefully to ensure accurate data are submitted. If issues are identified, the district or principal should take action immediately; contact your accountability specialist with questions. Once Student Record, Student Class, and other State Reporting collections close, there are no additional opportunities to correct data. As a reminder, an explanation of CCRPI processes and applications is available in the 2025-2026 Accountability System Handbook.

End-of-Year Signoff for Student Class and Student Record
Superintendent signoff for Student Record and Student Class is due June 16. It is important for districts to meet this deadline, as delays in closing out these collections result in delays in the reporting of data and the timely launching of 2026-27 data applications. GaDOE understands that some districts and schools were impacted by the recent Canvas outage and that delays related to student completion of online coursework and reporting of data may pose a challenge in completing Student Class. GaDOE asks that superintendents who believe their district will be unable to meet the deadline email Keith Osburn (kosburn@doe.k12.ga.us) and Nicholas Handville (nhandville@doe.k12.ga.us) no later than Wednesday, June 10 to request an extension.
Reminder: Submitting Student Attendance Protocols
O.C.G.A. § 20-2-690.2, updated by the passage of Senate Bill 123 in 2025, requires the chief judge of the superior court of each county to establish a student attendance and school climate committee for such county.
By June 1, 2026, each committee should adopt a written student attendance protocol for each local school system within its geographic boundaries and file it with the Georgia Department of Education. The direct link to submit these protocols is available below – it is also included on the GaDOE website’s Student Attendance page. While the June 1 deadline has passed, the form is still open for submissions.
