Annual Certification of Records – Facility and School Registry
The annual certification of records in the Facility and School Registry of the Georgia Department of Education window opens on September 8, 2025 and will close on September 26, 2025. All school systems in the state are required to review all records in the Facility and School Registry, which includes the Site Registry, the Facility Registry, and the School Registry. Each school system shall review the records in the Facility and School Registry to ensure the records are accurate and correct. When a school system determines that all records are accurate and correct, the superintendent in each school district shall certify all records in the Facility and School Registry. Failure to certify records by a school system will result in the school system not being allowed to participate in the October FTE count. See attached documents for more information.
Systems should be updating and editing FSR now, leading up to the timeline for superintendent signoff.

2025 Non-Participation Application Available in Portal
The 2025 Non-Participation application, which allows districts to provide reasons for student non-participation in assessments in 2025, is now available for district users in the MyGaDOE portal. Note that the application has been changed and simplified. If errors in completing the application are made, participation rates and Content Mastery on the 2025 CCRPI will likely be impacted! Therefore, it is imperative that users read the user guide and watch the recorded training webinar, available for download by visiting the MyGaDOE Portal, clicking on CCRPI, and choosing CCRPI Resources.
Superintendent signoff will be activated on the Non-Participation application (as well as the Assessment Matching application) after the final summer assessments have been loaded in the Assessment Matching application. All CCRPI applications, including the Non-Participation application, will close August 28 at 4 p.m. and superintendent signoff is required for all applications.
